Mexican restaurants just got some new digs and you'll want to check it
out. Enrique's Mexican Restaurant is located in Kuna, and it's THE spot
to go to when you have a craving for Mexican food that needs to be
satisfied.
Enrique's first opened its doors
in 1998. Back then it was known as El Gallo Giro, but the name isn't
the only thing that's changed over the years. In fact, this beloved
restaurant just moved into an entirely new space, complete with swanky
decor and a modern atmosphere.
It's easy to spot the love the
community has for this place. In just the last few years, the restaurant
has earned illustrious awards like Best of the Treasure Valley, Best of
Boise, and Idaho State Small Business Persons of the Year.
Enrique's is especially famous
for their incredible all-you-can-eat buffet. The buffet is offered on
Thursday, Friday, and Sunday (hours vary depending on the day). The
buffet includes a salsa bar, dessert bar, and freshly made tortillas—hot
off the stove!
One thing's for sure. This
buffet is not messing around. It gives you the perfect opportunity to
try as many different dishes as possible.

9:00 pm Monday through Thursday, 10:00 am to 10:00 pm on Friday and
Saturday, and 10:00 am to 8:00 pm on Sunday.
